I'm not sure how to credit this book, as it is neither listed in the library of congress, nor do they list any authors or dates. It is however, pretty extensive and provides great visuals for topics discussed in other works. Includes information about many different land events and will probably be helpful for my presentation.
Fincher, Susanne E., Creating Mandalas: For Insight, Healing and Self-Expression. Boston: Shambhala, 1991.
An explanation of mandalas and other sacred circles, such as labyrinths and monoliths, and infomation on how to create them. Fincher shows examples of mandalas from Eastern and Western cultures and how they serve as an aid in reaching the divine.
Hanh, Thich Nhat., Interbeing: Fourteen Guidelines for Engaged Buddhism. Berkeley: Parallax Press, 1998.
This book details the 14 guidelines for the Order of Interbeing. Guidelines include, living mindfully, right conduct, truthful and loving speech, and freedom of thought. Hanh is an eloquent writer and a very clear thinker.
Lawrence, D. H., Fantasia of the Unconscious & Psychoanalysis and the Unconscious. London: Penguin Books, 1971.
Lawrence's writes from intuition, or as he calls it, the solar plexus, about the unconscious and mythology. He discusses symbols, archetypes, non-duality and ancient cultures. This book is ahead of it's time, originally published in 1921. It could easily be compared with the philosophies of Jung and Campbell.

This book documents the author's awakening of knowledge regarding the mind and body connection. Through traditional science and medicine, anecdotes and interviews, he documents cases of memories and experiences imbued to heart transfer patients. A great resource for information about cellular memory and mind, body, spirit connections within the realms of western medicine.

A great article included in the Anthropology of Healing reader. Rupert Sheldrake is one of the foremost thinkers bringing together nature and science into one coherent piece. His definitions are insightful and deepening. His quotes are very useful when trying to reclaim language.

Smoley offers deep insights into esoteric Christianity and presents a clear, systems thinking perspective on this ancient tradition. Useful for seeing the impact of thought on religion and of secret societies on the formation of civilization. He offers the esoteric thinker a doorway into this often clandestine inner tradition.
Stein, Diane. Essential Reiki: A Complete Guide to an Ancient Healing Art. Freedom, CA: The Crossing Press Inc., 1996.
The comprehensive Reiki book. She includes the traditional stories around Reiki, new perspectives and her own interjection. This book is a wonderful reference to the practice of Reiki. Stein has even gifted the reader with the healing symbols of Reiki, which are also contained in this book.
Wilber, Ken. The Essential Ken Wilber: An Introductory Reader. Boston: Shambhala, 1998.
Includes chapters from all of Ken Wilber's published works. A real powerhouse collection of transpersonal psychology and Wilber's own philosophy.
